• Student attendance incentive: up to $24 off for having
perfect attendance during the 3rd and 4th six weeks. • The final $25 will not be due until February 26th• NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.• This is a GPHS personalized package, NOT the Herff
Jones’ graduation package that includes graduation invitations or cap and gown.
• Price may be split in 3 payments. Student or parent may purchase packet from Ms. González in Room 1603 during 2nd and 8th periods & after school.
• Yellow Jacket Packets are non-refundable. Please note that if the student misses 9 or more clases during the fall semester, prom privileges will be revoked regardless of whether they bought a ticket or not.

Project Graduation Booster Club

The purpose of the organization shall be to offer support and encouragement toward all aspects of the Project Graduation club at Galena Park High School.
The objectives of the Organization are:
· To promote and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the senior class activity at GPHS;· To lend support, both moral and financial, to the senior class of GPHS;
· To cooperate with teachers and administrators of GPHS to the end that the graduating senior class be brought to and kept at the highest possible degree of efficiency;

Full Membership:
Membership in the organization shall be open to parents/guardians
of any current and active senior/graduation junior, who has been in
compliance with all attendance and who has passed all exams
necessary to graduate and has all credits needed to be eligible for
graduation in the current school year. Each member will be allowed
one (1) vote per issue taken up by the organization. Each household
will be allowed two (2) voting members.

Officer positions need to be filled for:
President: Club leadership, mission development, administrative liaison, executive (rule enforcing) officer. Reaches out to community businesses for fundraising opportunities
Typically acts as liaison between the club and the school administration
•Vice President: works closely with the president in fundraising ideas and reaching out to other groups.•Takes over interim duties of the President if the President is unavailable
Secretary: Records meeting minutes, sends out regular communications, compiles member contact information
Treasurer: Handles financial transactions- deposits and receipts for the booster club account

We will hold another meeting next Monday in the library at 5:30pm to vote and get the ball rolling.
Last year’s seniors went to Dave and Busters for project graduation and although they had a great time, not everyone came out with a big prize. It would be nice to have more items for the students who attend this final senior event.
