Units that are enrolled under the condo hotel program will be managed by Dusit International.
Dusit International will handle the bookings, reservations and other services.
GRAND TOWER CONDO HOTEL unit is initially enrolled for 10 years under the management of DUSIT INTERNATIONAL with further option available to Dusit International to extend the term subject to mutual agreement as per majority vote of the Unit Owners.
A GRAND TOWER CONDO HOTEL owner is entitled to 15 USABLE DAYS stay at any time of the year with prior booking and subject to availability.

A GRAND TOWER CONDO HOTEL unit owner may assign his USABLE DAYS to a person of his choice, sell or enroll it back to the hotel rental pool program.
All units includes basic hotel finishes, furniture, appliances and linens ready for hotel operation.
Unit owners will not have to pay any monthly association dues since these will form part of the operating expenses.
How often one’s unit is used is not the determining factor for computing one’s earnings. The pool of rooms as a whole and the average occupancy rate of all these rooms shall be the basis of revenue sharing per square meter of ownership.
Sharing of profit will be given every quarter.
Unit Owners will be given a copy of the Audited Financial Statements every year-end of operation.

ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT
• All the 295 units will be enrolled in the Condo Hotel rental program whereby owners have the opportunity to earn annual income depending on occupancy rate.
• All units will be operated as hotel, subject to VAT and other taxes.• 7% to 11% + RATE (based on occupancy of 65% to 90%) of POTENTIAL ROI
versus 1.5 to 3% interest rate of bank and time deposits.• Aside from the rental earnings there is an appreciation of property value. The
