G R A N T W O R K S H O P

The Kentucky Division of Abandoned Mine Lands facilitates the distribu�on of federal funded AML Pilot Grants. These grants are geared toward economic and community development with correla�on to historic, AML eligible, mine sites.

$25 million dollars in grant funding has been made available.

Anyone interested in applying for an AML Pilot grant in 2020 is encouraged to a'end.

Topics to include:

• Introduc!on to the AML Pilot Program grants

• Review of the Pilot Program Grant Process

• Examples of previously selected Grants

• Review of the 2020 Pilot Program Applica!on process

• Discussion of winning quali!es in an applica!on packet

• Q&A focused on the Applica!on process and grant ideas
