Presentation is for Alfred Silva Owner/CEO of Silva Systems. Mr. Silva is looking for a way to be Eco-friendly in his line of work. By using applications it will not only cut down on paper usage but also costs.

Types of Applications

• Invoice• Email• Estimates• Payment

Invoice ApplicationElectrical Work Order & Invoice (advanced)

-Application always a user to track the job and customer information as well as labor and material costs. The application also includes a checklist to ensure job was done 100%.

Email Application

-All smartphones have the capability to retrieve and send emails. Email is one of the most popular forms of communication.

Estimates Application

• Best Estimate Pro-This application allows the user

to create custom estimates. The application also allows for the user to send the estimate via text or email.

Payment Applications

• GoPayment -by Intuit-Application allows user to

process payments from their smartphones on site. It comes with a card reader so there is no need to key or write down card numbers.

Benefits

By using all of these different applications. Silva Systems could become 95% paperless. Also the company can become twice as efficient using one platform to do all the tasks.

Conclusion

Most consumers are eco-conscious now and days. By making a green statement Silva Systems can penetrate a whole new clientele. Also by using email there will be a faster response time to estimates and more organized manner to keep contacts. Going green will save the company green.
