Personal grooming is the art of cleaning, grooming, and maintaining parts of the body. Grooming is most require for this industry. If you have attractive look and correct posture then only people always attract with you.

CONFIDENCEConfidence is generally described as a state of being certain either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective.

EXTROVERT & INTROVERT PERSONAn Extrovert is someone who likes to be social and whose interests mostly lie with things beyond him/herself, such as other people and the physical environment. Extroverts are not as concerned with themselves and thus do not focus much on their own thoughts or feelings.

An introvert is a person who is energized by being alone and whose energy is drained by being around other people. Introverts are more concerned with the inner world of the mind. They enjoy thinking, exploring their thoughts and feelings.

PATIENCE

Patience is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without acting on annoyance/anger in a negative way; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties.

Eye contact occurs when "two people look at each other's eyes at the same time. Eye contact and facial expression provide important social

and emotional information. Eye contact is also a part of body language. It create good impression while communicating with public and client.

Action Plan for my skin :-I have Normal Skin. normal skin is velvety, with small pores, and no visible acne. so I would teat my skin naturally. The plan which I will followWater Therapy : I drink 10 to 15 glass of water every day . Daily face wash with anti bacterial face wash Daily routine of Cleansing Toning and Moisturizing

Two times Natural Scrubbing in week with Kino and Sugar. Hot water Steaming . While shaving use of new razor, natural After Shave. Aloe Vera for reduce pimple and wound marks. Raw potatoes for reduce Dark Circle under the eyes.

Hot oil Massage:- before go to the bed sometimes I do hot oil massage to my scalp.

Shampoo:- To keep my hair clean n healthy I shampoo my hair thrice in week.

Conditioning:- To keep my hair naturally soft n silky I do use Conditioner after shampoo.
