An affordable, high quality strength training program for the over 50s.

Endorsed by the Council of the Ageing, LLLS is designed to improve health, fitness and quality of life. Participants complete an individualised exercise program in a group session.

A great opportunity to socialise while improving your health and well-being.

Bold Park Aquatic offers group fitness classes to suit all ages and fitness levels - including aquarobics and over 50s fitness. All classes run for 60 minutes.

WATER CLASSES IN DETAILAQUA DEEP 60 MINUTES

Impact free to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to the very fit. Great for improving fitness, muscle tone and strength. Aqua Deep is conducted in deep water with aqua belts. Participants must be able to swim.

AQUA FIT 60 MINUTES

Combines circuit, cardio, strength and Zumba - designed to improve flexibility, strength andfitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, the classis held in shallow water so being able to swim isnot necessary.

AQUA PRIME 60 MINUTES

Aquarobics for those in their PRIME! An excellentway to stay fit and keep those aches and painsat bay. Classes are held in shallow end of our50m pool so being able to swim is notnecessary.

AQUA ZUMBA 45 MINUTES

Low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercises which use the natural resistance of water to create challenging routines which help your aerobic fitness and tone your muscles.

AQUA HIIT 45 MINUTES

High intensity interval training (HIIT) provides a combination of cardio, plyometric and strength training. This is a perfect class to push you to your limits and help you to reach your optimum fitness level.
