Any non-governmental organizations can join the Coalition.

Membership of the Coalition is voluntary.

New members of the Coalition are admitted with the consent of at least two thirds of current members.

Membership of the Coalition can be terminated by a member at any time.

Rights of the Coalition Rights of the Coalition membersmembers

Coalition members have the following rights:

to attend the Coalition meetings;

to elect the Coalition's administration;

to use the Coalition's database;

to require information about the activity of the Coalition's Council;

to put forward suggestions on considering issues related to the Coalition activities at the Coalition's meetings.

Coalition members cannot make statements on behalf of the Coalition. 9

The supreme body of the Coalition is its general meeting.

General meetings are to be held at least once every six months.

The supreme body of the Coalition in the period between general meetings is the Council elected by the general meeting.

The Council is comprised of eleven people.

The Council is elected for a period of two years.

To organize the activity of the Council, the Council elects one of its members Coordinator.

To manage with differing political viewpoints and with common interest of NGO Coalition

To adopt limitation of management board’s right for elected consecutively twice.

Do not be afraid of problems and try to resolve and manage them;

Try to involve public persons in the solution of conflicts;

Hold the meetings open, make their records and archive them;

Always strengthen the Internal democracy and apply electronic voting tools.

Make projects of the Coalition common and unite all the projects within one project

Adopt rules on management and resolution of conflicts of interests

Ensure free access of all Coalition members to projects and their budget

Try to have Coalition members derive maximum benefits from the projects

Create resources to be used by Coalition members for long-term period at the expense of the projects
