For the clinic, a missed doctor’s appointment prevents us from schedulinganother patient that could benefit from an appointment.
We schedule individual times with each patient to allow us to deliver thequality and personal care that every patient deserves.
Could you please provide us with at least one hour’s notice for anyappointment changes. Failure to provide this and the appointment not beingable to be re filled or failure to attend an appointment may result in a fee.
