Aloha Lynn:

Next week is a busy week for us. How about Friday February 20th at 1:30pm? Let me know if that is OK and we will get the information together so we can get onto the base.

I do not want to discuss security at length at the meeting. Our security specialist, Pete Loverso, who met previously with the Navy, will be in Honolulu during the week of March 30th to April 3rd and possibly longer. I would like to coordinate setting up another security meeting with him and me to include a tour of the area with him and the Navy security folks so he can see first hand on the ground any security concerns.

At next Friday's meeting we want again to discuss the Navy's concerns about the alignment along Kamehameha Highway and the location of the Pearl Harbor Station as outlined in the February 5th letter and attached comments.

Let me know.

Harvey & Faith

I apologize but I have been caught up in some fires drills.

Can you propose another time next week and I will invite the appropriate folks.

Please provide agenda on discussion topics esp if you would like to discuss security.

Thank you!

Lynn

Hi Lynn -

Spoke with our staff regarding a meeting to discuss the Navy's thoughts on the Pearl Harbor Station location. Would you be able to get the appropriate people together to meet on Friday, February 13th (yikes!), sometime in the afternoon; maybe 1:30 p.m.?

I will be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday. Any questions during that time, please contact Lawrence Spurgeon of PB at 768-6147. Thanks.

Faith Miyamoto
