•  Start your day off powerfully!

•  Sets the tone for the rest of your day

•  When we awake, we are in a state of “alpha relaxation”

•  Alpha Relaxation: brainwave frequency approx. 7-13 pulses a sec (doctorhugo.org). Best state to learn and receive new information

•  Listen or Read something motivational (you set the time 30 mins/hour, etc.)

POTENTIAL - VIDEO As you watch… Think about what you REALLY WANT? WHAT HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO DO? Something you wish you never gave up on?

Change your philosophy….

GROUP EXERCISE

Breakup into groups of 3-4

Discuss the following and be prepared to share:

•  What is it that I REALLY want?

•  What is something I wish I never gave up on?

•  Identify 3 short term and 3 long term goals (Dreams, Aspirations, think BIG)

HOW BAD DO I WANT IT?

•  ET’s mantra (As BAD as I want to…)

•  What are you willing to give up? (sleep, candy crush levels J, cell phone texting, etc.)

•  Stay up late, wake up early…

•  Haters are your motivators

•  Willing to NEVER give up!!!

CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE

•  Do you need to change your circle of influence?

•  Product of your environment (energy goes where energy flows…; birds of a feather flock together)

•  Challenge: spend several months around goal oriented individuals, try to hang around your old circle….you will notice the difference?

WHAT IS MY WHY?

As you watch the video, think about you:

•  What/Who keeps you motivated?

•  Who is depending on you?

•  Your “Why” will keep you strong when

things get tough!
