2. The regular promotion in respect of all the above officers will take effect from 22.03.2011.

3. The officers for the time being are promoted at the same place and the transfer Orders, if any, involvingtransfer/posting as per administrative need will be issued in due course.

4. Their pay on promotion in the scale of PB3 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- will be fixed as perthe provisions of FR22(I)(a)(1). The promotes shall exercise their option for fixation as per the savingclause under FR22(I)(a)(1) within one month from the date of issue of this order.

5. All the promotees will remain on probation for a period of two years from the date of their regular promotion interms of Regulation 5 of the ESIC(Staff and Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1959.

6. The charge report(s) of the officers may be sent to all concerned.
