believe health mean?

The health: Mean the state of complete physical, mental and

social, not only the absence of infection or disease.

Physical fitness:

Is the ability of the body to perform any type of

exercise which shows that you have strength, agility,

skill, subordination, coordination and flexibility.

Physical exercise:

The frequent and regular physical exercise is a

necessary component in the prevention of

diseases such as heart disease, cardiovascular

disease, overweight, back pain and others.

Nutrition

Balanced nutrition is essential for maintaining

good health.

Should consume fewer fats.

Many fruits and vegetables.

Animal products must be consumed three time

a week.

Mental Health:

To refers to the emotional and psychological condition.

Provides more energy and work capacity.

Assists in combating stress and depression.

Stimulates the hormone of happiness.

Helps sleep.

Burn calories, helping to lose excess weight or maintain ideal weight.
