A special salad

First ingredient

Sports Gym

Walk or run in public places

At least half an hour every day.

Second ingredient

Alcoholic drink Water

vs

Any beneficts you can lose yout memory.

With it you can clean your body every day.

You should drink at least one litre every day.

Tird ingredient

-Comfortable place-Pillow-Bed

-In silence some noise we will be in tension we couldn´t sleep.

At least eight hours every night.

STRESS

You have got a one life.Do you want lost years in your live?

Conclusion

These three ideas into practice:

-Active life.-More water and less alcoholic drinks.

-More sleep and relaxation.
