HERMES IS A VERY WELCOME GUEST AT JUTARUMS PRESCHOOL ! HERE HE PLAYS WITH SOME OF HIS NEW FRIENDS WHEN WE WENT FOR A EXCURSION TO THE
SEASIDE.
Maybe Hermes was a bit cold… It is not like the seaside in Greece this time of the year. Next time he must borrow some rainclothes!
Hermes met an old friend – Pippi Longstocking – who he already know from his trips round Europe. Pippi does not only travel in the Comeniusproject – she also goes with the children on their travels or just visit them at home for a weekend. Here Hermes could listen to and see pictures from the time she spent with one of the boys.
Time to have a farewell-partyfor our 6-years old children leaving us for school after the summer. We have a tradition when they ”run out of preschool” and get sprinkled with water. The teachers also have a lot of fun trying to get them as wet as possible….Hermes was
also involved in the ”run out of preschool” as he will leave us too in the autumn.
After the ”run out” we had a ceremony where all the children got a diploma and were litterally ”kicked out” by the teachers! Hermes got a kick on his butt too!! Wonder what he was thinking!!
An ordinary day at Jutarums preschool
Arriving in the morning, Hermes saw the beautiful portraits the children made of him!
Time to give our beans from Spain some water. It is so much fun
to play outside with all your friends! Hermes enjoys it very much!
After playing outside you get hungry and so did Hermes! He also had to take care of the left-overs after lunch. Good job Hermes!
A nap after lunch feels good! Sleeping outside in your trolley is healthy!
Shhhh… Hermes is about to fall asleep cuddling up close to one of his new friends!Sleep tight!
Celebrating traditional midsummer – making a maypole so we can dance together! It is important to pick your own flowers for the pole! Hermes did well!
Hermes had great fun at the midsummer-celebration! A little confused though when all the children and teachers pretended to be frogs….
