Public Speaking Enhancement TrainingStarting with in depth coverage of listening skills, the customer service

representative training should teach reps how to ask open and closed ended

questions. In additional, a section on properly choosing the words to convey a

point is a must.

Ways on Communicating:- Learn to flinch. The flinch is one of the oldest negotiation tactics but one of

the least used. A flinch is a visible reaction to an offer or price. The objective

of this negotiation tactic is to make the other people feel uncomfortable about

the offer they represent.

- This type of training will help each employee to enhance their skills incommunicating into others. The trainer will conduct some lectures on how we

can make have confidence on speaking onto the crowds or just a one on one

talk, and it will help us to convince our future customers.

- one must overcome speech anxiety through finding helpful tips and ideas onhow to manage communication and public speaking anxiety. Second, find tips

to manage public speaking anxiety about detailed information on causes of

speech anxiety and how to combat it successfully. Lastly, find overcoming

stage fright about comprehensive article on what is public speaking anxiety,

the thought patterns that trigger it and ways to manage public speaking

anxiety.

Improving ones ability and skillsThis training will help us to be more efficient and for us to be able to cope

up with the globally competitive modern world. By improving our skills we will

gain more confidence in facing many difficulties in our job.

Organizational Strategies

First, craft an effective speech which is a comprehensive article on writing

an effective speech. Including establishing the purpose of the speech,

understanding the audience and detailed information on different parts of the

speechintroduction, helping an audience listen and understand, and conclusion.

Second, prepare a speech easily which should be a detailed information on

preparing a speech by addressing all major components, including body of topic

and references. Third is a speedy speech writing on how to write an effective and

impressive speech when on a short deadline. Lastly, use Powerpoint for

presentations to enhance a presentation and make it even more effective and

powerful.
