Make time for prayer throughout the day – make regular appointments to pray!

Make generosity normal and habitual so it is done automatically.

Practice living simply and with as few possessions as you can.

Make regular time for rest every single week whether you feel you need it or not.

Most of the truly important skills we learn in life come through tradition, practice or community.
