HOTELS quality is a web platform which helps the hotel with the automatic collection of its client’s feedback in an agile and efficient way, providing web reports of results, and benchmark against competition.

Create a web questionnaire

Questionnaires can contain both standard questions (used for benchmark

with other hotels) and other custom questions that can be edited by the hotel

Automatic conexion with the PMS

At guest checkout, through a connection with the PMS, the system sends out an email to the client with a link to the web questionnaire

The customer answers the questionnaire sent by email

The client receives an email, in different languages, asking for her/his

Through the link, the customer accesses the web questionnaire, in his own selected language

Once answered the questionnaire, appears a message that can be configured by the hotel (depending on customers evaluation).

The hotel receives a report with the client’s answer

For each answer, the hotel direction receives a report with guest

answers.

The hotel visualizes results and comments through management reports.
