How to add sound in ppt 2003

This is a guide for knowing how to put sound in your presentations

Enjoy!

First step…

• First of all, you have to go on insert.

• On the next slide I have demonstrated this:

Second step…

• Then you have to go on inset picture.

• On the next slide I have demonstrated this yet again:

Third step…

• Then you have to click on clipart. Then click on it till a tab type of thing comes up.

• On the next slide I have demonstrated this yet again:

This should come up!!!

Fourth step…

• Then you have to make sure it is set correctly on the bars below.

• This is a complicated step so please watch on the annotated piece I have done

Fifth step…

• Then you have to write in the search box,

SOUNDS. You don’t have to coz then it will give you less searches. Just press go if you want.

• Watch again!!

YOU NEED TO WRITE SOUNDS

Sixth step…

• You then have to choose which sound you want. After you have chosen, then press on the sound clip. A message box will come up saying ‘how do you want the sound to start in the show’. You can choose to have it automatic or only when clicked. It’s up to you!

• Watch carefully

THIS SELECTION SHOULD COME UP. MAYBE THERE MAYBE LESS SOUNDS.

I AM CHOOSING THIS ONE.

I CLICK ON THE SOUND CLIP. THIS MESSAGE SHOULD COME UP.

I CLICKED ON AUTOMATICALLY

I HAVE NOW DONE IT

FINISHED..
