3. EnterStudentName(lastnamefirst!).a. Ifyouhavealreadyrequestedastudentaccountthroughthenewscholarshipapplication

portal,donotcreateanother.CallDoyonFoundationat907.459.2048oremailfoundation@doyon.comforfurtherassistance.

4. EnterSocialSecurityNumber.5. Select“Next.”

6. Enter:a. FirstName,MiddleName–FirstInitial,LastNameb. Suffix(optional)c. Emailtoreceiveinformationfromthissystem(note:thiswillalsobeyourusername)d. PrimaryTelephoneNumbere. StreetAddressorPOBox(makesurethisisyourpermanenthomeaddress,notyouraddress

whileinschool),City,State(two-lettercapitalabbreviation)andPostalCode7. Select“Next.”

EnterinaPassword(mustbeatleastsixcharactersandmaycontaincapitalorlowercaseletters,numbersoranyofthefollowingspecialcharacters:!@#$%&*()_ ).

8. Select“CreateAccount.”

9. Viewtheemailconfirmationscreen.

10. Checkyouremailforaverificationemail.

11. Ifyousuccessfullyreceivedtheverificationemail,select“Ihavereceivedtheemail”andthenclick“Continue.”

a. Ifyoudidnotreceivetheverificationemail,checkyourjunkorspamfolder.Forassistance,viewthelink“Clickhereforatutorialaboutremovingemailaddressesfromspamfilters.”

b. Iftheverificationemailisnotinyourjunkorspamfolder,select“Ihavenotreceivedtheemail”andthenclick“SendEmailAgain.”

c. Ifyoustilldonotreceivetheverificationemail,contactDoyonFoundationat907.459.2048orfoundation@doyon.com.

12. Onthenextpage,select“Apply”tofilloutyourshareholderverificationinformation.Atthispoint,youmaydisregardthe“EnterAccessCode”and“QuickSearch”fields.

13. EnterStudentIDasinstructedonthescreen.14. EnterDateofBirth(MM/DD/YYYY).15. SelectTypesofShares(thisreferstothetypeofDoyon,Limitedenrollmentclasssharesyouoryour

parenthold).a. Ifunsureofyourclass,clickthelinkprovidedtoseeclassenrollmentdescriptions.b. Ifyouarestillunsure,contactDoyon,LimitedShareholderRelationsat907.459.2040.

16. SelectEnrollmentType.a. Ifyouarenotanoriginalshareholderbutarethechildofanoriginalshareholder,youwill

needtoenterthenameoftheparentwhoisanoriginalshareholder.Youwillalsoneedto

mailyouroriginalbirthcertificatetoDoyonFoundationtocompletetheverificationprocess.

17. Ifyouarethechildoforiginalshareholder,enterthenameoftheparentwhoisan“original”shareholder.Inheritedorgiftedsharesdonotqualify.

18. Indicateifbirthcertificatewasmailed.19. Select“SubmitLOI”tocontinue(note:LOIistheshareholderverificationform).Notethatyouwill

nolongerbeabletoedityourformaftersubmitting.Ifyouareunsureofinformationontheform,click“SaveLOI”soyoucanreturntoeditandcompletetheformatalatertime.

20. AftersubmittingyourLOI,thebelowemailwillbesenttoyou.OnceyourshareholderstatusisverifiedbyDoyonFoundationstaff,youwillreceiveanotheremaildirectingyoutothescholarshipapplicationsite.Pleasenotethatshareholderverificationcantakeuptotwobusinessdays.

21. Onceyourshareholderstatusisverifiedandyourscholarshipeligibilityisconfirmed,thebelowemailwillbesent.Takenoteoftheprovided“accesscode,”whichyouwillneedtoenterwhenapplyingforyourscholarship.

22. Loginwithyourusernameandpasswordatwww.doyonfoundation.com/scholarships.23. Select“Apply”ontopmenu.

24. EntertheAccessCodesentinyourshareholderverificationemail,andclick“EnterCode.”Youshoulddisregardthe“QuickSearch”bar.

25. Youwillnowseethescholarshipscurrentlyavailabletoapplyfor.26. Toapply,clickthe“Apply”buttonnexttothescholarshipyouwishtoapplyfor.Thenfollowthe

“ScholarshipApplicationInstructions.”
