Wash and dry your strawberriesreally well --water will ruin the chocolate!
Get the best melting chocolate you can buy! Bars, bark and chips won’t produce premium flavor or a quality texture.
Use a deep container for melted chocolate to best coat the strawberries.
Avoid chocolate “feet” by gently shaking off the excess chocolate before resting.
Choose white, pink or red Wilton Candy Melts for piping and decorating uses only.
Dunk the berry once and then dip it several more times.
