• UnderOrderLookup,entertheemailaddressedusedfortheorderunderCustomerEmail.ThentypeintheOrderNumberinthefieldbelowitusingjustthenumbers(example:Order#12345willbeenteredas12345)

• YourorderwilldisplaybelowOrderLookup,witheachitemfromthatorderlisted.Selecttheitemyouwishto

returnandclicktheShoppingCartIconintherowofthatitem.

• Areturnpopupboxwillappear.SelecttheReturnTypedropdownboxtoselectwhichtypeofreturnyouwouldliketodo:Credit,Refund,orReplacement.ThentypeintheQuantityoftheproductthatisbeingreturnedinthetextbox.

• SelecttheReturnReasondropdownBoxandselectfromtheoptions:DamagedProduct,WrongProductShipped,WrongSize,orOther.
