How to generate slope and curvature from ASTER GDEM.
Step # 1
Add the data in Arc GIS.
Step # 2
Open the Arc Toolbar and open the Spatial Analyst Tools
Step # 3
Open the Surface Tool in Spatial Analyst Tool
Step # 4
Open the Slope Tool and add the input raster and choose the out raster file, where you want to save your output raster
Then Slope output raster should be appearing in your screen.
Step # 5
Go to the output properties and then reclassify the output raster in nine classes 10-90 degrees.
Then the final output Slope raster should be appearing in your screen.
How to generate curvature from ASTER GDEM.

Open the Curvature Tool in Spatial Analyst Tool
Step # 2
Add the input raster ASTER GDEM and choose the out raster, where you want to save your output raster.
