Ingredients

2 cups (250 gr) flour

½ teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

½ cup (100 gr) sugar

2 tablespoons butter

¼ cup (62 gr) applesauce

1 egg

¾ cup (180 ml) milk

1 cup (150 gr) fresh or frozen blueberries

Kitchen Utensils

Medium bowl

Large bowl

mixer

Mini muffin tin

Steps

Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC

Combine and sift the flour, baking

powder, and salt together in a medium bowl

Use a mixer to cream the sugar

and butter together in a large bowl

Mix in the egg and applesauce into

the butter mixture

Alternate pouring and mixing in the

milk and flour into the bowl

Fold in the blueberries last

Pour the batter into the mini muffin

tins, about two thirds full

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until

golden brown
