How to: Reset Password for TigerWeb

Step 1

On the TU Homepage, select “TigerWeb” in the top panel list or use the “Quick Links”

pull down tab and select TigerWeb.

Step 2

On the TigerWeb home page, in the far right corner, select “What’s My

Password?”.

Step 3

Select the second option, “Reset my password”.

Step 4

Enter your last name and student ID; click Submit.

Step 5

From the pull down menu, select your email address and click “submit”. You will see a reset password confirmation screen confirming your

temporary password has been sent to your email address.

Step 6

On the TigerWeb home page; click “Log In”.

Step 7

Log in with your user ID (capital first and last name initials + 7-digit ID number and

(CASE SENSITIVE) temporary password.

Step 8

You will receive a prompt to change your password. ***Note*** - your “old password” is the temporary password you just received. Your new password should be 6-9 characters(include letters and numbers). PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF
