I love goal setting. I eat and breath goal setting. I like it so much that I forget not everyone is as jazzed about goal setting as me. It comes intuitively to me and is so freakin' useful—I believe goal setting in any form and on any topic is beneficial. And it shouldn't take long. It should take 30 seconds.
