Right here is how to burn a DVD using Nero Vision:

1)First you should get this when you have

selected "Nero Vision" from Nero Smart Start

option:

2)You will need to select the first option >Make DVD>DVD-Video (as

highlighted)

3)You should now have this displayed:

4) Now please select "Add Video Files":

5) Now you should end up with a file

directory/location, mine is set up as uTorrent as that is where I keep my films, you can change

this by selecting the little drop down box at the top

(location)

6) Now I am going to use Idiocracy as an example, (just normally select the film you intend to burn)

just press the "open" button when you have found the film you are

after:

7) This is what you hopefully should end up

with, notice I have highlighted in Red where the proposed film is and I have highlighted in green how much disk space you

will use, you can add more and Nero will let

you, say if you are adding episodes just go through the process 4). Nero will prompt you that it will change to long play as

you fill the disk up but be warned BE CAREFULL not to add too much as the quality will be affected:

8. Once you have added the files and are ready to

move press the "next" button at the bottom

right hand side:

9) Now you should end up with this screen,

select the menu highlighted in red to select the design you

want as this will be the DVD Menu for when you start to watch the film:

10) Just browse what background you want and also add text, its

quite easy at this stage and can be changed, you should end up with the following screen, when you have decided what background you want

then press "Next":

11) Now you should have the following screen with

a picture of a remote control, you can actually navigate the film that you are going to burn here, when your ready press

the "Next" button:

12) Nearly there now! You should end up with this screen, its the final screen before you burn your film to disc so be careful, you can select

what drive to burn (remember you need a DVD Writer) and some

blank discs:

13) You should now end up with the actual trans-coding & burning screen, this could take up-to 3 hours, depends on the size of the film you are burning, the estimated

time left should be shown and also the

actual film playing at the box on the right that I

have highlighted, I always close other applications when I am at this stage:

After that then your DVD should pop out of your drive and its ready to view in your DVD player!Good luck, hope this guide helps is some way.
