Gloria and Raul invite Tomas to volunteer with them at a hospital. He agrees, saying doing volunteer work is a really rewarding experience. On their way out, the father asks them to recycle some things from home. They talk about how they have volunteered; Gloria works with sick children at the hospital, Raul worked with old people and Tomas collected used clothing for poor people. Before they arrive at the hospital to volunteer, they drop off and separate their recycling.
