Priming on synthetic has been a challenge for printing on HP indigo digital o�set presses .

Transtech Digital is aware of this challenge and have created the in-line corona system on exiting model TC1-D . We have created TC1-DC which allows you to prime on speciality synthetic media and matelized media .

This solution will also zallow you to prime on Uncoated o�set paper where paper dust has been a big issue .

Transtech digital can provide industrial standard o�set priming equipment to support priming on substrates for all ranges of HP Indigo digital o�set cut sheet presses. This would allow you to experience the advantages of HP indigo digital o�set presses for profitable and high quality digital printing .

Based on the reliable and high performance of traditional o�set printing machine couple with in-delpth knowledge and innovation of digital o�set printing machine, Transtech Digital Tech-nology Co., LTD has developed O�set Priming Machine using the o�set press platform (code name TC1, TC1-D, TC1-DC, TC2-DC) which is specially matched with HP Indigo 10000 Digital o�set printing machine and also all current cut sheet presses fromhh HP Indigo.

The highlights of equipment

1. Full automatic digital control which makes the operation convenient and e�icient.

2. The supply voltage: three phase three wire 380V—400V.

3. The power of IR: 4x4.5KW, luminophor 750mm.

4. Adopt four pcs of IR tubes with functioning hot air blower venting system (IR+R) housed in a casing; venting

system uses injection molding . E�icient hot air exhaust and ample air supply system inside to guarantee

regulated temperature in the drying passage of priming machine achieving e�ective drying.

5. Conveyor belt: adopts temperature resistance Teflon mesh belt (color : cream), which is e�ectively driven

by adjustable-speed motor. Installation of exhaust blower and vacuum system in the substrates stacking

area preventing substrates from dislodged during priming process.
