– Awarded to HP to replace many of the services provided under the ODIN contract.
– 10 year contract • 4 year base (2 x 3-year options) began on
11/1/11
– Under ACES, HPES provides and manages the vast majority of NASA’s end-user:• Computing, printing and cellular hardware• Agency-standard software; • Cellular services; • Peripherals and accessories; and • Base user services that include email, calendaring, active directory and print queue, etc.
