Why I want to be in HR ManagementHours are typically from 9am to 5pm with

telecommuting a possibility - work/life balance is something that I want to be able to maintain.

This position would allow me to work with people on a regular basis in a supportive role, which I thoroughly enjoy.

 I have always wanted to work with payroll and have always had an interest in the hiring process of companies. I would greatly enjoy having the opportunity to be apart of the orientation process in hiring staff.
