Our event, now in its fourth year, will once again provide you with the knowledge you need to raise your game year on year.
E-Broking 2014 aims to help you further embrace the digital age while keeping the cornerstones of advice and service which have given brokers a long and successful history. Our expert speakers and panellists will tackle both how to optimise your digital presence for clients and the e-trading solutions available to drive greater efficiency in the broker to insurer relationship.
As always, there will be the chance to explore pioneering software and trading platforms, through live interactive demonstrations. We hope that the programme provides you with the understanding and vision that you need to move confidently through this dynamic market.

The conference will begin promptly at 9.10 in the 1874 Suite. Please ensure that all mobile phones are switched off during the sessions. Our speakers look forward to being questioned or challenged in their particular area of expertise and lively debate is encouraged, so please do feel free to raise your hand and wait for the mic to reach you before posing your question.
There will be a networking coffee break at 10.50 followed by the Brokers Apprentice session back in the main meeting room. 2 teams will be presenting and the audience will be asked to vote for a winner using the voting pads available. Please select your winner team and press OK to submit your vote.
Demonstration sessions will follow the Brokers Apprentice session in the Trinity Road Executive boxes just off the 1874 Suite. You were given the opportunity to pre-select your preferred session prior to the conference and you should have received confirmation of the sessions you have been allocated and the executive box number you will be located in for the rest of the morning. Should you have any queries relating to this please do come and speak to a member of the Insurance Age team at the registration desk. Prior to joining Google, Andy was Head of Digital for MoneySupermarket where he delivered a successful digital transformation programme, spanning digital strategy, media systems, data monetisation and innovation. Jasper Martens is the Head of Marketing and Communications at Simply Business, a role he’s held since January 2013. Prior to this, Jasper worked in the Netherlands as the SEO manager for various advertising and SEO agencies. Jasper is responsible for all marketing and communications, specialising in integrated marketing campaigns where tactics such as search, social, PR and brand are combined. In 2012, he won ‘Best marketing campaign’ at the UK Broker Awards and he was shortlisted for ‘Best use of mobile technology’ and ‘Best use of social media’ at the Technology in Insurance Awards. Jasper holds a Bachelor in Marketing Communications from, Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

Mark has extensive experience in operational leadership and project & change management. He joined Jelf Group in April 2008 as Group Operations Director and was appointed as COO (Insurance) in September 2010. Prior to Jelf, Mark worked for AXA in both the UK and Far East for 14 years.
