- Working with Operations to reorganize processes in order to open the Urgent Care and redirectflow for COVID testing and evaluation.- Finalizing procedures for screening asymptomatic individuals who work in high risk settings forCOVID.

-Staff the tent with provider for the next operational period-Working on the staff and supplies for up to 40 patients in the Medical Office Building Lobby-OR plan for a soft opening-Clinic plan for opening for visiting physicians-Rest the masks and not the UV treatment-Coordinate with EMS for a mock COVID patient
-Finalizing consent form for COVID testing both written and verbal
-Building up our PPE stock
-Review all of the funding that we have received and determine eligibility for the funds.-Asking for FEMA reimbursement.-Research tele-health funding
