In connection with arrangements for the Republic Day/ At Home Function/ Beating Retreat Ceremony, 2019, it has been decided that the Govenm=nt office~ located in the buildings indicated in Annexure-A would be closed at 13::l~ l:ours on 25.01.2019 till 1300 hours on 26.01.2019. These buildings would also be clcsed at i:330 hours on 22.01.2019 till 1300 hours on 23.01.2019 fo!' the full dress re-hea:sal.

2. The buildings indicated in Annexure-B would be clo~ed en 26.01 2019 till 1930 hours for 'At Home Function'. The buildings indicated in Annexr.11·e-C w01:.ld be closed at 1200 noon on 29.01.2019 till 1930 hours 0::1 2;).0i.2019. The buildinss bdicated i..J.
