The HRDRI is a research and consultation process toward the
formulation of HRD Roadmaps
Roadmaps examine constraints and determine solutions that can improve human resource competitiveness in key sectors in the country.
#1 to ensure adequate,
evidence-based, accessible and relevant labor market information on human resources demand and supply are available for the use of government agencies, workers, businesses and schools in making policy, program, business and personal decisions
#2 to make the labor market
and the economy conducive to attracting investments and therefore employment creation
