IE AWARD RUGBY ANALYSIS BLOG- COMMUNICATION

Steven Green 11W

Introduction

During this presentation you will be able to see the 3 main way that I have communicated with my client(s) for my rugby analysis blog:1. Through a survey2. Through blog posts on my blog that are aimed at clients3. Through allowing comments (and replying) on the Blog

My survey

I prepared a survey for my clients so that they could answer some questions about rugby as well as themselves and my blog

The web link for this survey is: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/D766LCB

The results are on the next page as well as the evidence!

The survey is now closed so on a later page I will show you what the survey looks like.

Survey Viewers

One of my objectives was to have at least 50 responses for my survey and for my survey to close on September 1st. Here’s what happened (evidence):

Survey Credibility

My survey had 100% credibility meaning that people all finished the survey and didn’t find it so worthless that they did not fully complete it. Evidence:

Survey Overview The survey had 10 Questions: 6 Interactive questions- Asking about

rugby 3 Personal questions- Asking about the

client 1 Blog question- Asking about the blog This is the first bit of the survey:

Blog Posts- Aimed at Clients

I have made a few blog posts that have been specifically aimed at clients. These include:

A welcome post was sent originally:

Blog Comments- 2

Here is another comment from someone I do know. This comment voices improvements that I have made and will show you in a later stage.

Blog Comments- 3

This is from someone I know who lives in the UK. This proves my comments are multinational! I have already improved that and will show you later more about my twitter account.

Blog Comments- 1

I have only actually received 2comments on my blog but it was from someone I have never met in my life before, so that is something of an achievement. I also have another two on the other pages. I also communicated back to her.

Conclusion

Through this I have shown you my communication to clients through 3 ways which were:

1. Survey2. Blog posts aimed at clients3. Blog comments (in some cases with me

replying.)
