Dr Percy P Batlivala was with Motorola for 29 years and left as Director of Motorola India and Head of the Cellular business of South West Asia. He started his career with Motorola in Chicago and has managed large businesses across US, Europe and Asia.
Dr Batlivala has a BE from BITS Pilani, India and a MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas, USA. He has completed a 2 year Executive Business Management Program from Chicago, USA. The research conducted during his PhD and early years at Motorola resulted in over 40 publications and 4 patents. He is a member of IEEE, Eta Kappa Nu and Sigma Xi.
Dr. Batlivala, over his professional career of over 3 decades, has been involved in many Leadership Development Programs and skill development training programs
Dr. Batlivala is the Founding Trustee of the BITS69 Educational Trust, which helps uplift the quality of lives of rural women and female children by providing them education and vocational training
Dr. Batlivala is consultant to many international telecom organizations. He has been instrumental in setting up learning and development functions for various reputed organizations in India. He is also a sought after speaker and resource person for various national & international Business Management Schools.

Proposed Duration: 5 days (40 hours) Training Design: The program has been designed for 5 days. There will be 8 hours of classroom training per day. A total 40 hour program.
The training methodology has been chosen to combine class room, Role Plays, Management Games, Coaching & Relevant Case Studies to Practice the concepts thoroughly and enable the participants understand the knowledge & information required to make them THINK, FEEL, ACT & DO like entrepreneurs & businessmen .
