-Encouraging bilateral investment agreements: the first period, ending the 60’s. Almost 2600 BITS…more than 180 TRA.

-The FTAA: negotiations for a multilateral regime/The failure of negotiations 2002: five years lost?

-FTA between some latinoamerican countries and the USA:
