• Check with your parents to ensure that they will allow you to go on the trip

• Once you apply for the trip, it is assumed that

you will be able to commit to the entire duration of preparation, trip and post trip meetings

• Register under the tab OCIP & OOEP

• Check under www.hci.sg/HCIWeb/ocip&oe - “Events Calender” for OCIP & OE trips registration dates.

• Submit a hardcopy of your application essay to the college reception, before online application ends. Please include the following information at the top of the page.

• Name• Class• Trips applied for

• Remind your CT to log onto ISP to key in teacher’s comment.

• Choose your trips wisely, you will be randomly allocated to one of the two trips of your choice

• Late submission will not be considered

• If you face difficulties with the online registration– Capture the error on the screen and send the picture

file to Mr Michael Wong (wongsy@hci.edu.sg)

– State your name and class in the e-mail– Submit your essay to the college reception as per

normal– You will be informed once you can register again
