Common HOA QuestionsIs there a specific time

when I shouldn’t be

watering my lawn?

This year the Chilton Park Young Women were excited to serve

their neighborhoods and organized an event for their “6 Days

of Service” project, before their Stake Girl’s Camp in June!

They washed windows, weeded gardens, and hauled trash to the

dumpster that was provided. By the end of the day the dumpster

was full and the Saddleback, Three Crossing, Rush Valley and

O’Fallons Bluff subdivisions looked beautiful! Many thanks to all the young women who participated in the Chilton Park Ward week of service!

Fairfield City Dump PassesThe City of Eagle Mountain offers up to 2 free dump passes per year to the residents of Eagle Mountain. If you have already used these passes, the Ranches HOA still has a limited amount of additional dump passes you can pick up on a first come, first serve basis until they are gone!
