Pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.420(a)(2), Plaintiff, Office of

the Attorney General, State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, and Defendants,

Grand Incentives, Inc., d/b/a Coast to Coast Grand Getaways, d/b/a Take Two

Nights, and Jose L. Martinez (collectively “Defendants”), by and through their

respective undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to the dismissal with

prejudice of all claims against Defendants pursuant to the terms and conditions of

the settlement agreement executed by all parties as of August 24, 2016, attached

hereto as Exhibit A, (“Settlement Agreement”), with each of the parties bearing their

own attorneys’ fees and costs, and the Court retaining jurisdiction to enforce the

Settlement Agreement.
