If full payment has not been received by the above due date, your booking may be cancelled. Please pay your balance

by the due date as we cannot issue tour confirmation / air tickets, etc until the balance is paid. Some airlines willautomatically cancel your reservations if tickets are not issued 6 weeks in advance of travel. Please note that we do not

normally issue reminders, and will leave it at passengers discretion to make the payment.

No changes to your chosen pick-up point will be accepted within 10 days prior to your tour.

If you are processing visa's through Star Tours, then we need your complete documents at least one month prior to

depature, for tours departing on bank hloidays, we need documents at least 6 weeks prior to depature, otherwsie we

cannot gurantee your visa's being processed in time for your tour. Please submit only a full set of complete documents,

we will not accpept incomplete documents.
