3. Inlinewithcurrentinternationallegislationonmoneylaundering,Infinityisrequiredtocarryoutdue

diligenceonclientsandthesourceoffunds.Wewill fully explainthisprocesstoyou.

4. Infinitynever handles your money.Allfinancialdealingsareconductedbetweenyouandthefinancial

institutionconcerned.

5. Priortocompletionofrelevantapplicationforms,Infinitywillexplain to youthetypeofproduct

recommendedandwillsupplyyouwiththeproductbrochure,technicalguideandProductKeyFacts

Statementfromtherelevantfinancialinstitutionforyoutoreadandretainforfuturereference.

6. Infinityexplainsinfullthechargingstructureandanypossiblecancellationpenaltiesthatyoumay

incurpriortoanapplicationforanyproduct.

7. Infinitywillexplaintoyou(ifrelevanttotheproduct)thatunit values can go down as well as upand

thatpast performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance.

8. Someinvestmentfundswithinaninsurancepolicymaygenerateadditionalinitialcommission.Ifthis

isthecase,weundertaketorebate this commission to you (infull)bywayofincreasedallocation.Inthe

eventthataselectedfundhasanexitpenalty,wewillhighlightthesepenaltiestoyouinwriting
