SqueezeThe Ultimate

Squeeze

http://thewellnessdoer.com/2013/01/

Once upon a time green juice took over that thing we used to call break-fast. In 2013 it took on a new name: The Ultimate Squeeze. It was a crazy day. Everybody dropped their bowls of sugary captain crunch and opened the produce bins in their refrigerators for the first time. They pulled out spin-ach , kale, celery, cucumber, lemon, and apples. And so, the juicing began..

The Ultimate Squeeze.
