Welcome to Inspire...
I am delighted to welcome you to Inspire Mental Health at The
Junction in Dungannon. We are a Community Wellbeing
Service working in partnership with the Southern Health and
Social Care Trust Support and Recovery Team.
Application to our service is simple by firstly speaking to your
key worker in the Support and Recovery Team.
We provide a range of courses which will support your
recovery, promote the development of hope which creates the
opportunity to regain control in your life.
We provide groups which will enhance your physical wellbeing
and mental health through creativity, health and fitness, social
activities and provide time for you.
If you are about to be discharged or have just been discharged
from hospital or are new to mental health services, we can
support you to start your ‘recovery journey’ through Time4you.
This is our prospectus and I hope that you will find something
that appeals to you.
