1.Cuttubingsquarelyandcleantubeendthoroughlytoremoveburrs.

2.Insertthetubingintotheassemblymakingsurethetubingseatsfirmagainsttheshoulderofthebodyandthenutisfingertight.

3.Tightenthenutwithawrench1¼turns,whileholdingthebodywith a second wrench.

Installation Instructions:

• fullyinterchangeablewithSwagelok®andParkerA-Lok®fittings• doublecollet(ferrule)swagingaction• two positive seal points• ASTMmaterialconstruction• material: 316 stainless steel• temperature ratings: -325°F to 1200°F(-198°Cto648°C)• pressureratings:seecharttotheleftRatingslistedareforreferenceonly.

Features

• Neverconnect,disconnectorremakeafittingwithpressureinthe system.

•Makesureallfittingsareproperlyinstalled.• Itisnotrecommendedtogobeyondthepressureratingofthetubing.Elongationcouldoccurinthetubing,shrinkingthewallthicknessandcausepotentialharm.

• Forpropersealingitisrecommendedthatthetubingandfittingsbeoflikematerial.

• Alwaysuseproperthreadlubricantandsealantsontaperedpipe threads.

• Neverbleedasystembylooseningafitting.
