D E S I G N C O N C E P T : The design for The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center will be a luxurious and interactive space inspired by Auburn’s history and its traditional roots. The interior will have a welcoming Old-World feel. The use of natural materials, antique furniture, reclaimed pieces and a rich color palette, evoking a feeling of warmth and comfort. The cohesive design will be functional, livable and secure with cutting edge materials and modern technology. Guests will be lured into the lobby with its comfortable and luxurious seating which will encourage leisure, conversation, and interaction. Natural daylight will be optimized in addition to architectural lighting that will highlight the hotel’s classical components.

D E S I G N C O N C E P T :The design for The South of Houston Hotel will be cut-ting edge and luxurious while also tying into Soho’s urban industrial character. The interior will include the original elements of the building’s ornate features dating back to the 1850’s. Brick, iron work, and raw wooden elements will be accented with architectural lighting. A seamless blend of modern materials and clean lined furniture mixed with a neutral palette will give the space a contemporary and elegant appeal. The rooms will be an ideal space for relaxation while having an urban-loft feel that allows guests to feel right at home. Floor-to-ceiling windows will be treated with functional black-out curtains which can allow guests to view of the beautiful city or enjoy privacy within the rooms.
