Internal Social Networking Easy and Complex in Equal Parts
@CarlHaggertyDevon County Council
First thing to note is…
…it’s all relative and all about perception – and that’s OK
ASSUMPTION #1:People want to network within and across their own organisations
ASSUMPTION #2:Your whole organisation has to be networked for it to be seen as successful
ASSUMPTION #3:Internal networking is different to external networking
ASSUMPTION #4:ICT / Information Security / HR colleagues are a barrier.
ASSUMPTION #5:Social media or a social intranet will magically force existing leadership to change or learn.

Do you know what kind of culture and organisation your leaders are
trying to create?
Can you actually create that on your own?
Because no tool will help unless you know the answer to that
question.
FinallyTry it.
Solve it.Prove it.Scale it.
Who am I again….
