➢A latest report by a major national newspaperstates that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)received over 1.2 lakh complaints to banksbetween January 1 and December 31 in 2016.What’s unnerving is the fact that there has beenan increase of 36,530 complaints as compared tojust two years ago, in 2014.

➢State Bank of India (SBI) saw the largest numberof complaints among all the banks in the countrywith 29% complaints
