MYTH 1: ISPs are quick to block for any infraction

FALSE: ISPs block you based on a variety of reasons

MYTH 2 All ISPs are impossible to reach when I have a problem

FALSE: Some ISPs are harder to reach than others, but they all employ mechanisms for you to contact them

MYTH 3 Engagement matters to getting my message delivered to my recipient
