MADRASA INSTITUTES LOGIN PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Fill Out the Online Form with minimal errors. Request for data editing will only be approved by JAC after Online Challan generation and payment.

Please Use Form No starting with School Code, supposedly if School Code is 11001 then Form No will start from 11001001,11001002 and so on.

It is compulsory to upload photocopies of Proof for the Date of Birth and Aadhaar Card/Enrollment Letter. The list of documents for Date Of Birth proof are Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card ,Affidavit & Admission Register details.

If applicable upload photocopies of Divyang Certificate and Category Certificate.

Fill up Serial Number as per your choice which will be maintained in your records for example if Form No is 11001001 then serial no is 001.

Upload Signature of Candidate and Photograph.

Use Offline Form data to fill-up online form.

Submit Challan to Bank at least after 24 hours of Challan generation.
